What's New
We're building Sorveyor in the open. Here's what we've shipped so far across Citadel, Vanguard, and Vault.
We're excited to open the doors to Sorveyor. This first release brings the core platform online — Citadel for managing your operations, Vanguard for the field, and Vault for your records. It's early days, and we're building fast.
When something's not right, your team can now flag it on the spot. Inspectors can log findings with severity levels and photos, and managers can track corrective actions all the way through to resolution.
A picture is worth a thousand words — especially during inspections. Vanguard now lets inspectors capture photos directly within the inspection flow, automatically linked to the relevant checklist item.
Once an inspection is complete, you can now generate a clean, structured report. Reports pull together all checklist results, findings, and evidence into a single document that's ready to share.
Inspections are a team effort. Managers can now invite team members, assign inspectors to specific projects, and see who's working on what — all from Citadel.
Everything starts with a project. You can now create inspection projects in Citadel, set deadlines, attach checklists, and organize your work before heading to the field.
Vanguard is here — our mobile-first inspection tool built for the field. Walk through checklists step by step, record your observations, and submit results that sync straight to Citadel and Vault.
The foundation of every good inspection is a solid checklist. You can now build checklists in Citadel with custom criteria, organize them into sections, and reuse them across projects.
