Why Sorveyor Exists

Compliance in critical industries shouldn't run on paper forms, shared drives, and tribal knowledge. We're building the infrastructure to change that.

The Problem

Industries like maritime, oil & gas, construction, and aviation MRO depend on inspections to keep people safe, assets running, and regulators satisfied. But the tools most teams use today — paper checklists, spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected filing systems — weren't designed for the job. They're slow, error-prone, and impossible to audit at scale.

What We're Building

Sorveyor is a compliance lifecycle platform that replaces fragmented tooling with a single, structured workflow — from defining standards in Citadel, to capturing evidence in the field with Vanguard, to storing immutable records in Vault. Every check, every finding, every sign-off flows through one system with full traceability.

Who It's For

We're focused on industries where a missed inspection isn't a minor inconvenience — it's a safety risk, a regulatory violation, or a multi-million dollar liability. Shipyards managing classification surveys. Construction firms coordinating quality hold points across dozens of subcontractors. Aviation MROs tracking airworthiness compliance. Oil & gas operators running asset integrity programs across remote sites.

Our Approach

We believe compliance software should be as reliable as the industries it serves. That means offline-first field tools that work on rigs and in shipyards. Immutable records that hold up in audits. And a platform that's simple enough for frontline inspectors to use without training manuals — but powerful enough for quality managers to run entire programs from.

Early Days

Sorveyor is currently in alpha. We're working closely with early partners across maritime and industrial sectors to shape the platform around real workflows and real pain points. If your organization deals with inspections, compliance, or quality assurance — we'd love to talk.
